Bookings are charged 100% of the cave rate plus tax at the time of the booking.
If you choose to cancel within 30 days prior to your stay, 50% of the charge will be automatically refunded to you while the other 50% is non-refundable unless we rebook the night or nights. If you have to cancel before 30 days prior to your stay, we will refund all of your fees minus the fees we are charged by the credit card processors.
